Jumbo Time Wines is a Los Angeles + Sonoma based natural winery, started in 2020, working with organically farmed (dry farmed & biodynamic when possible) fruit, and practicing minimal intervention in the cellar. They work to the ethos that natural wine is about farming, not necessarily a certain taste profile, meaning they make the fun orange + chilled reds wines along with the elegant Pinot Noirs & big bold Syrah's that share the same farming & wine making ethos.
This is a delicious Summertime chillable red wine that is oh so easy to drink. Underripe strawberry, brambleberry fruit and tart jam on the palate. Cranberry and salty minerality on the nose with hints of crushed wild red berries.
