The 2021 vintage was a beautiful vintage yielding a wine that is lovely now, and will benefit with cellar ageing for decades to come. Lifted aromas with notes of crushed black cherries, rose petals, wet rock, fennel seed, white truffles and forest floor. On the pallet, the wine builds with wild berries, dried rose petals and lavender, orange pith, damp forest floor, truffle and wet rock. Fine grained tannins build as they hold together the delicate floral
notes as the wine lingers on leaving a complete imprint of the incredible site this wine was grown.
