Grapes: 90% Semillon, 8% Sauvignon, 2% Muscadelle
Complex aromas of acacias, white flowers, lemon, and a touch of honey. This dessert wine is light and fruity with flavors of candied fruits, orange marmalade and dry apricots. Long on the palate, this wine shows good acidic balance. Serve chilled as an aperitif, and with foie gras, white cheeses, and savory desserts.
