An incredible Summer wine from a stunning winery in Cassis, right on the Mediterranean (seriously Google image search the winery)! One sip and you're in the South of France, and it really does need to be tasted to be believed. Rich and surprisingly full bodied, beautiful citrus fruits meet a herbal, saline finish. Utterly delicious and tough to come by.
