Grapes: Clairette (40%), Grenache (35%) and Picpoul (25%)
This Southern Rhône gem has enough body and acid to work amazingly with all types of food, or just as an aperitif. Grown in rocky vineyards (the rocks soak up heat during the day and continue to radiate at night giving depth and body) this wine doesn't see any oak, and has a seductive nose of yellow plums, apricots and flowery notes. Balanced and clear on the palate, its wonderful body offset by solid freshness.
