Every year, Pinhook releases a new bourbon and rye, each connected to a promising young
thoroughbred. The whiskey in each release is the best expression of our barrels at that moment in time, blended and proofed to be as unique as the horse on the label.
Blended from only 100 barrels, this year’s release showcases a rich nose of seasoned cedar, cardamon, and preserved oranges, leading to a palate of brown sugar, glazed almonds, and brandied cherries.
