Founded in 2011 three friends, Pinhook started with a shared vision to bring a fresh take to bourbon. Driven by curiosity, they set out to tease the best qualities out of every barrel they would encounter, and build a whiskey around the results.
Aged more than 3 years, the 2024 vintage of their straight rye showcases a warm nose of ripe pear, vanilla, clove and honey, leading to a palate of cherry, black tea, toffee, and white pepper.
