Grapes: 90% Semilllon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
Dolce is Napa's true Sauternes-style dessert wine with decadent honeyed fruit, complex botrytis underpinning and joyful acidity. Dolce offers lifted and youthful aromas of orange zest, dried apricot, vanilla bean and butterscotch with subtle notes of minerality and oak-derived spices. Wonderfully food-friendly, this will pair well with foie gras, poached figs, cheeses, or crème brulee.
