Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay
A smaller house that punches well above its weight, their non-vintage brut is a roughly equal blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with a large amount coming from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. This is a beautifully balanced wine, with light toast notes, citrus and stone fruit with a hint of spice on the back of the palate.
