From a true star of Champagne, this blanc de noirs is made from Pinot Noir partially vinified in oak giving body and structure to a defined and delicious minerality. With notes of citrus fruits melting into toast and brioche, this is a true treat of a grower Champagne. Perfect as an aperitif or with meaty white fish or lobster.
