Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
A simply spectacular Nebbiolo, drinking amazingly now and which will reward years of cellaring. The grapes used to make "Il Favot" come from vineyards with relatively young grapes (max of 15 years old), with skin contact limited to 6-8 days so as to extract few tannins and more colour from the skins themselves.
The result is simply a stunningly good wine. Incredibly complex, yet bright with a remarkable softness this is a Perry's favorite.
