The original 'Cristalino' Tequila that re-defined the category in Mexico. Don Julio is actually an añejo (18 months aged in French oak) which is then filtered through active charcoal. This process removes the color from the liquid making it look like a blanco, whilst smoothing and rounding out flavors of chocolate, vanilla, honey and toasted oak. Drink on the rocks.
