Another spectacular release from the ever-talented Justin Willet, their Mae Estate is located just fifteen miles from the Pacific Ocean, mixing ocean winds and fog and comprised of marine sedimentary soils.
The resulting Chardonnay is a delight of white stone fruit with a defined textured finish, all underpinned with a defined acidity. Delicious.
