Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
The Brice family has lived in the village of Bouzy since the 17th century. Three generations ago, they were focused exclusively on red wine production, shifting to Champagne elaboration just after WWII.
Made from 100% Pinot noir, all grown in grand cru vineyards, this Champagne is a symphony or florals, and notes of red fruits. Partial oak ageing adds some texture, body and toast to this superb example of Bouzy.
