"Zero-Dosage" Champagnes have no additional sugar added at the end of the wine making process, to reveal the wine's full character and purity.
Philipponnat is one of our all time favorite houses, and their 'Non-Dosé' lives up to everything we've come to love from them. The attack is bold and pure, with notes of citrus fruit and great liveliness without aggressiveness. The finish is long and clear with notes of warm bread and fresh apple.
