A fabulous value Cremant from Alsace. Aromatic notes of Cox's Orange Pippin apples that fill the nose. It has a delightful range of subtle flavors - pear, melon, freshly-squeezed Florida orange juice, and mango are all evident. The palate bring in riper and more generous fruit in a heady stream of bubbles that invites a second glass.
Perfect as an aperitif or reception drink, and versatile to be served with cold buffet, salads, sushi poultry and lighter berry style desserts.
