Ruinart Blanc de Blancs includes some 25â30 different chardonnay crus, predominantly from the CĂŽte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, the SĂ©zannais and La VallĂ©e de la Vesle. They reflect the rich diversity of the Champagne terroir.
This perfect Summer aperitif! Intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits, which melts into notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple), this is perfect with seafood and fish.
