Grapes: 100% Chenin Blanc
As always, the great Mary Taylor sources wines that just drink beautifully and punch well above their price. This, her Anjou Blanc, is clean and vibrant with aromas of salted pear, green apple, and a hint of creamy spearmint. On the palate this wine expresses nice acidity, honeyed apricot and a tangy, steely finish.
