The Hautes Côtes de Nuits Rouge comes from a 0.80 hectare parcel west of the village of Corgoloin. These are Didier’s highest-elevation vines and are just across the appellation border from his Côte de Nuits Villages parcels. The soil is particularly stony here which gives the wine a potent minerality.
Complex, mineral and earthy, this is silky smooth red Burgundy is full of red fruit notes, with back tones of mushrooms and forest floor.
