Glaetzer's Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish.
The 2018 is another expressive and approachable vintage for Bishop. It is both structured and layered and enjoys a smooth and supple texture. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, olive and black pepper are supported by balancing tannin. It is mouth-filling and persistent on the finish.
