The Hayman family is the oldest gin‑producing family in London, dating to 1863.

Their Old Tom Gin, distilled from a family recipe dated back to the 1870s. A botanically intensive and flavorful gin, with a delicate sweetness, delivering a more rounded profile than other styles. This style of old tom gin was used in the classic gin cocktails such as the Martinez and the Tom Collins during the first cocktail era of the 1880s.
