Jumbo Time Wines is a Los Angeles + Sonoma based natural winery, started in 2020, working with organically farmed (dry farmed & biodynamic when possible) fruit, and practicing minimal intervention in the cellar. They work to the ethos that natural wine is about farming, not necessarily a certain taste profile, meaning they make the fun orange + chilled reds wines along with the elegant Pinot Noirs & big bold Syrah's that share the same farming & wine making ethos. 

"The Open" is 100% Pinot Blanc, with some skin-contact Pinot Blanc blended in, resulting in a crisp white wine with some body. It's a zippy white wine, somewhat ripe but definitely not flabby, that puts this special Alsatian grape on center stage. There’s some structure, and although fresh, it’s definitely got some weight—drink it with a roasted Spring chicken, new potatoes and as many herbs as possible!
